I hate to admit it but I am addicted to watching our SDE (same day edit) video over and over.... and over again. Once Guj uploaded our video, I downloaded it on my laptop and had converted another so I could save and play it on my phone. Talk about being an adik! :P Myke had been rolling his eyes at me (over and over again) whenever he catches me watching the clip on my phone. But I. don't. care. *stick out tongue* The song used was actually Myke's pick. It is entitled "Closer" by Travis. SDE // Myke*Grace from Team RedSheep on Vimeo. 110510 | Note from author: Some pictures may induce hunger pangs :P (Warning addendum requested by author's friend. Hi Dah! He he he.) ****** I just got the CDs of our raw photos and videos from Team Redsheep. I ♥ our P/V (photo/video) team! Myke and I still had to sort out the pictures and choose only a handful (gulp!) that will be included in our album. For now, I'd like to share some pictures of wedding details. I've removed the Details page here in my blogsite and made them into a slideshow. Some pictures feature my DIYs. Highlights from the wedding to be posted soon. Promise! :) ♥ *Contents of slideshow are raw photos from Team Redsheep. After getting back from our honeymoon, it's back to reality. I promised to post some wedding kwentos but as we're in the process of coming up with our 'love nest', it might be a while. Our honeymoon was really exciting. Cos it the first time for us to visit this local paradise, Myke and I were determined to making the most out of it. Our itinerary was full and we've done some pretty cool and fun stuff - jetskiing, parasailing, riding an ATV... whew! I'd be posting the pictures soon. *Shot above was via my Samsung Omnia II :) It's a sunny Sunday and as I'm looking at the ring on my hand, I still can't believe that I am now a married woman. The ceremony and festivities seemed to have whizzed by but I could still vividly recall beautiful details.. moments I would cherish forever. I'm kinda still in a daze to jot down all of the stories that I wanted to share with you, my friends. But when everything is settled, I'd post whatever I could. For now, this is the AVP presentation I made with our prenup pictures. I hope you'll enjoy this :) *Photos by Team Redsheep ♥ (Blissful) Grace Day after I got back to Manila, Myke and I slashed off some more items on our to-do list :)
With the morning business out of the way, Myke treated me to lunch at Bite Club at Katipunan. 27 days! If I've felt pressure over the last few months, what more now that it's only 27 days before the big day!
I've had my third fitting last Saturday and I had one of my SS, my MOH and Myke with me. My SS's dress needed some more alterations while my MOH took hers home already. My gown needed only minor adjustments (hem line and straps) but Myke's suit was a bit snug. The color choice for his suit though is nice (thanks to moi) and he looked cute with his pink accessory. We still have to coordinate the fitting/ pick-up schedules of the other entourage members but I'm relying more on Myke for that. Thank God for a supportive hubby-to-be :D Myke spent the Saturday evening with us during which he (we) had some heart to heart talk with my parents. But even before the conversation started, my mom started crying! Mama naman! I didn't want to start crying myself cos I know my mom and I could do some serious bawling duet so I began cracking up jokes. Myke said I was being makulit but I knew my parents well to know the best tactic to ease up on their 'water works'. I know that my parents would dearly miss me cos I am such a good daughter :P contrary to what my mom had said to Myke. She was telling ALL to Myke - my being lazy, hot-tempered etc. (nice one, Ma!). Myke and I had a little R&R last Saturday although we did some wedding related chores on the side. We headed first to the Manila Cathedral to submit some required forms and pay out the balance and some other additional fees. A quick trip to the Postal Office and then we're off to the mall :) Side kwento: Myke's brother who is to be our groomsman is currently working at UAE and he needed our invitation so he could show it to his boss when he asks for a leave. And because of that, sending him the invites was a priority. We first inquired at LBC for their courier service cost and we were quoted a whooping Php 2000! I was like, "WTF?!". And mind you, it wasn't a next day delivery. Sheesh! So we headed to the Post Office and we were relieved that they have express delivery for only P480. I know that most are a bit reluctant to trust our postal service but we had to give it a shot cos the 2000 peso LBC fee isn't really practical especially since we had to allocate our budget wisely. With some of the legwork done, we had a nice lunch at one of my fave resto, Sbarro. I usually order their ziti or spaghetti but I decided to give their Puttanesca a try. Well, it wasn't really that good cos the sauce of my pasta was dry. The fish in marinara sauce was good though so was Myke's Angus steak deep dish pizza. He he!
